Who can request the update?
Anyone with an active support service and Open2b Commerce Ready 7.3 installed, or anyone using Open2b Commerce Ready 7.3 with the cloud service and technical management included.
How much does the update cost?
If you have Open2b Commerce Ready 7.3, then the update and data migration are included in the cost of the support service.
For the installed 7.3 edition, if at the time of the update request the support service is not active, support activation is required plus a € 80 + VAT fee for data migration.
If you have earlier versions, an additional cost is applied for data migration. Updates are only possible to versions officially on the market; it will not be possible to keep a special edition.
- For the 7.2 or 7.1 edition, data migration costs € 90 + VAT
- For the 2020 edition (7.0), data migration costs € 140 + VAT
- For the 2019 edition, data migration costs € 180 + VAT
- For the 2018 edition, data migration costs € 360 + VAT
- For the 2016 edition, data migration costs € 720 + VAT
- For editions prior to 2016, data migration requires the purchase of a new license
If you do not have an active support service, you must renew it to take advantage of the update by subscribing to one of the support plans.
