Who can request the update?
Installed solutions on Hosting
For all customers with an active support service and using Open2b Commerce Ready version 7.8, the update and data migration are included in the support service and are therefore free
Cloud solutions with technical management included
For all customers using Open2b Commerce Ready version 7.8, the update and data migration are free
How much does the update cost in other cases?
Installed solutions on Hosting with 7.8 edition but expired support
If at the time of the update request the support service is not active, support activation is required. A contribution of €90 + VAT will also be required for data migration to the new version.
If you do not have an active support service, you must renew it to take advantage of the update by subscribing to one of the support plans.
Installed solutions and cloud solutions prior to version 7.8
If you have earlier versions, an additional contribution will be required for the data migration intervention. Note: Only updates to officially released versions are possible; it will not be possible to keep a special edition.
- For edition 7.7, data migration requires a contribution of €90 + VAT
- For edition 7.6, data migration requires a contribution of €140 + VAT
- For edition 7.5, data migration requires a contribution of €180 + VAT
- For edition 7.4, data migration requires a contribution of €290 + VAT
- For edition 7.3, data migration requires a contribution of €360 + VAT
- For edition 7.2 or 7.1, data migration requires a contribution of €720 + VAT
- For edition 2020 (7.0), data migration requires a contribution of €840 + VAT
- For edition 2019, data migration requires a contribution of €990 + VAT
- For editions prior to 2019, data migration requires the purchase of a new license.
