Export Orders from Open2b to Danea EasyFatt

Order integration

Order integration lets you import into Danea EasyFatt the orders received and recorded in Open2b, then manage invoicing, update inventory, and manage payments in your admin. Open2b order management in particular allows:

• Importing new orders into Danea EasyFatt.
• Managing discount coupons.
• Managing shipping costs.
• Supporting different recipient and destination.
• Managing the presence, in the same order, of both the company name and the first and last name of the contact person.

Export Open2b orders to Danea EasyFatt

You can choose between two different methods to export Open2b orders to Danea EasyFatt:

• Direct export from Open2b
• Import XML file exported from Open2b

Direct export from Open2b

To export orders directly to Danea EasyFatt:

1. Access the Open2b admin.
2. Go to Sales > Export Danea.
3. Select I download directly in Danea with the following settings.
4. Copy the URL address indicated for direct update in Danea EasyFatt.
5. Select which information, among First and Last Name, Coupon used, and Customer notes, should correspond to the Danea EasyFatt Notes related to orders.
6. Click Save
7. In Danea EasyFatt:
   1. in Tools > Ecommerce > Download orders > Status, indicate the order range you want to download.
   2. in Tools > Ecommerce > Update products > Settings, paste the URL address indicated for direct update in Danea EasyFatt
   3. enter the same access credentials used to access Open2b
   4. click Download.

Import an XML file exported from Open2b

To export orders to Danea EasyFatt via the XML file exported from Open2b:

1. Access the Open2b admin.
2. Go to Sales > Export Danea.
3. Select I export the file from Open2b and import it into Danea.
4. Indicate the order range you want to download.
5. Select which information, among First and Last Name, Coupon used, and Customer notes, should correspond to the Danea EasyFatt Notes related to orders.
6. Click Save and Export.
7. In Danea EasyFatt, in Tools > Ecommerce > Download orders, click Import from file.
8. Select the 'Ordini.xml' file previously saved.
9. Follow the instructions provided by Danea EasyFatt.
