Consents
Consents, or more precisely "data subject consents", are the expressions of will by customers with which they express their consent that their personal data be processed by you. Consents relate to a specific processing and in particular to processing based on consent.
Open2b records both the granting of consent and its revocation. This way you can proceed with processing or stop it based on the customer's choices.
Open2b also allows you to grant or revoke a processing on behalf of a customer directly from the admin in cases where the customer expressed their will not directly from the site but through another method such as a paper form or a statement given in an email or any other form in accordance with the regulation.
View granted or revoked consents
Granted consents can be consulted in the admin in customer records (for consents related to a customer record), in orders (for consents related to an order) and in quotes (for consents related to a quote).
In addition, in the admin under Settings > Privacy > Consents you can see consents granted and revoked by all customers.
