Fix Excel import errors

Error: The customer group has no list price

The error occurs because you are importing the List Price field, but the customer group does not include list prices.

There are two possible solutions:

1. Add the list price to the selected customer group

   1. Go to Customers > Customer Groups.
   2. Click the group for which you are importing prices.
   3. In the List Price field, select a price list.
   4. Repeat the import.

2. Do not import the 'List Price' column

   1. Open the file to import (for example with Microsoft Excel) and remove the list price column, then save the file.
   2. Choose the columns to import in Catalog > Import/Export without selecting the List Price field.
   3. Repeat the import.
