DDT
The DDT subsection lets you manage transport documents. These can also be generated directly from an order.
DDTs you want to view or edit can be identified more easily using menus and filters. You can therefore:
- Change DDT sorting by selecting the corresponding header: status, number, creation date, billing name, taxable amount, total including VAT, last modified date.
- Search for a DDT using the dedicated search, for example by entering the DDT number you want to view.
- Filter DDTs by status (Open, Shipped, and Cancelled) and creation date (today, yesterday, current week, etc.).
A DDT can be in the following status:
- Open: it has been put in progress.
- Shipped: it has been sent to the customer.
- Cancelled: it has not been processed or has been cancelled.
You can change a DDT status at any time.
Create a new DDT
- Go to the Sales section.
- Go to the DDT subsection.
- Click New DDT.
- Select the customer to associate with the DDT. Use search and filters to help find the customer.
- Enter the DDT number. A number is suggested based on the last number entered.
- Fill in the remaining fields as desired.
- Click Add.
Create a DDT from an order
- Go to the Sales section.
- Go to the Orders subsection.
- Select the order from which you want to create the DDT.
- Click New document.
- Select DDT.
- Enter the DDT number. A number is suggested based on the last number entered.
- Edit the remaining fields as desired.
- Select Add.
Edit a DDT
- Go to the Sales section.
- Go to the DDT subsection.
- Select the DDT you want to edit.
- Click Edit.
- Edit the fields as desired.
- Click Save.
Send a DDT by email
- Go to the Sales section.
- Open the DDT subsection.
- Select the DDT you want to send by email.
- Click Send by email. A new window will open.
- Enter the email address to send the DDT to. If you want to send a copy to another address, enter it in the CC field.
- Fill in the remaining fields as desired.
- Click Send.
Print a DDT
- Go to the Sales section.
- Go to the DDT subsection.
- Select the DDT you want to print.
- Click Print. The receipt will be displayed in printable format and a new window will open to start printing.
Delete one or more DDTs
Note
To be deleted, a DDT must first be set to Cancelled
- Go to the Sales section.
- Go to the DDT subsection.
- Select the checkboxes on the right of the DDTs you want to delete.
- Click Delete Cancelled. A new confirmation window will open.
- Verify you selected the correct DDTs and click OK.
