Open2b provides a returns management system, perfectly integrated with orders and shipments, which lets you receive return requests directly from customers or create them directly from the admin, with quantity checks and precise rules you set.
How the customer requests a return
Customers who are not satisfied with a purchase can request a return for ordered products from the orders section on the site. For products that allow returns, the date by which they can request it will be shown and the button to start returning the products will be present.
In the admin, under the Sales section, you can then manage return requests, edit them, accept or reject them per product. You can also create returns directly from the admin, for example if you received a request by email or phone from a customer.
