Return management

Create a new return

  1. Go to the Sales section.
  2. Go to the Returns subsection.
  3. Click New Return.
  4. If you want to associate the return with a customer, click next to Customer and select them from the list.
  5. Click the + button to add a product to the return (a return must include at least one product); a new window will open.
  6. Select the product to return.
  7. Click the OK button.
  8. Edit the quantity, reason, comments, and status if needed.
  9. Repeat from step 5 to add other products to the return.
  10. Click Add.

Note

In the window where you select products to add to the return, only delivered products are shown, meaning those for which there is a shipment with a delivery date equal to or later than today's date. Products that have already been returned cannot be selected.

If the return is associated with a customer, initially only products from the customer's orders are shown.

Edit a return

  1. Go to the Sales section.
  2. Go to the Returns subsection.
  3. Select the return you want to edit.
  4. If you want to change the customer for the return, click next to Customer and select them from the list.
  5. If you want to add a new product, click the + button; a new window will open to select the product.
  6. If you want to edit an existing product, edit the quantity, reason, comments, and status for the product.
  7. Click Save.

Delete one or more returns

Note

To be deleted, a return must be in Cancelled status, meaning all products in the return must first have been set to Cancelled.

  1. Go to the Sales section.
  2. Go to the Returns subsection.
  3. Select the checkboxes on the right of the returns you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete. A new confirmation window will open.
  5. Verify you selected the correct returns and click OK.
