Assign additional collections to customers
In addition to a catalog collection, customers can be assigned one or more additional collections. Additional collections let you make products available to customers that are not in the main catalog but can only be viewed on the dedicated pages of the additional promotions.
Unlike a catalog collection, an additional collection cannot be assigned to a customer group but must be assigned directly to individual customers.
Assign additional collections to a customer
- Go to the Customers section.
- Go to the Customers subsection.
- Select the customer to whom you want to assign one or more additional collections.
- Click the Add Collection button; a new overlay window will open.
- Select the checkbox next to the collections to assign to the customer.
- Click Ok.
Remove additional collections from a customer
- Go to the Customers section.
- Go to the Customers subsection.
- Select the customer from whom you want to remove one or more additional collections.
- Next to Additional collections select the collections to remove from the customer.
- Click the Remove button.
