Manage promotions

In the admin under Marketing > Promotions, all promotions are listed from the highest priority (1) to the lowest priority (100). The Active column indicates whether the promotion is currently running.

Create a new promotion

• Create a promotion for one or more products
• Create a promotion on the total cart cost
• Create a promotion with free or discounted shipping

Edit promotion text

1. Go to the Marketing section.
2. Go to the Promotions subsection.
3. Click the promotion whose text you want to edit.
4. Click the Texts tab.
5. Edit the promotion texts as desired for each language you manage:
   • Name: promotion name shown to customers.
   • Summary description: description shown on the current promotions page.
   • Detailed description: description shown on the promotion's dedicated page.
6. Click Save.

Add or edit promotion images

1. Go to the Marketing section.
2. Go to the Promotions subsection.
3. Click the promotion whose text you want to edit.
4. Click the Images tab.
5. Click Change next to the small or large image. You will be asked to choose the image file.
6. Select the image file.
7. Click Save.

Delete an image from a promotion

1. Go to the Marketing section.
2. Go to the Promotions subsection.
3. Click the promotion from which you want to delete an image.
4. Click the Images tab.
5. Click Delete image next to the small or large image.
6. Click Save.

Set product layout in a promotion

1. Go to the Marketing section.
2. Go to the Promotions subsection.
3. Click the promotion whose product layout you want to change.
4. Click the Layout tab.
5. Set:
   • Prodotti per pagina. Numero massimo di prodotti per pagina.
   • Colonne. Numero massimo di colonne su cui disporre i prodotti.
   • Descrizione. Se mostrare o meno la descrizione breve di un prodotto.
   • Immagine. Immagine del prodotto. Lasciare vuoto per mostrare quella ottimale.
   • Ordinamento. Ordine nel quale mostrare i prodotti. Lasciare vuoto per ordinarli per la posizione impostata per ogni prodotto.
6. Click Save.
