Statistics

Constant monitoring of information and activity in the online store helps with strategic and planning decisions. In a web marketing context, statistics let you verify the effectiveness of your choices on the web based on data with a high degree of certainty, higher than traditional media. Accessing the Marketing > Statistics section in Open2b gives you a comprehensive view of the store's status and performance.

Filter data

Depending on the statistic shown, you can filter data by:

• Period
• Sales channel
• Order status
• Payment

Aggregate data

For some statistics you can aggregate data by:

• Day
• Week
• Month
• Quarter
• Year

Export statistics data

You can export statistics data in CSV format by clicking the Export data button. All data will be exported, regardless of pagination and the columns displayed at that moment.

Save a statistics view

In addition to viewing the statistics as provided, Open2b lets you save the settings for a statistic such as filters, columns, and display order. Simply click the Save this view... button and choose a name to save a view you can access later.

The new view will appear in the statistics list just below the statistic it refers to.

The name of a view can be changed at any time by clicking the view name on the statistics page.
