Orders by channel
Shows the distribution of orders across sales channels.
You can filter data by
- Period: date range in which you want to narrow or expand the analysis
- Order status: the status of the order at the time of analysis, e.g., new, ready, shipped, etc.
- Payment: filters orders paid or to be paid at the time of analysis
You can also aggregate data to display partial values by:
- Year
- Quarter
- Month
- Week
- Day
Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | Date when sales are recorded. Based on the desired aggregation level, data is presented by day, week, month, quarter, and year. |
| Orders | Number of recorded orders. The orders shown depend on the analysis period and the aggregation and filter criteria you set. |
| Site | Sales made through the ecommerce site powered by Open2b. |
| Site (%) | Sales made through the ecommerce site powered by Open2b, compared as a percentage against values from other sales channels. |
| Amazon | Sales made through the Amazon marketplace, regardless of whether they refer to products managed in Open2b or not. |
| Amazon (%) | Sales made through the Amazon marketplace, regardless of whether they refer to products managed in Open2b or not. Values are compared as a percentage against other sales channels. |
| eBay | Sales made through the eBay marketplace, regardless of whether they refer to products managed in Open2b or not. |
| eBay (%) | Sales made through the eBay marketplace, regardless of whether they refer to products managed in Open2b or not. Values are compared as a percentage against other sales channels. |
| Other | Sales made through back-office systems or marketplaces different from the Site, eBay, or Amazon. |
| Other (%) | Sales made through back-office systems or marketplaces different from the Site, eBay, or Amazon. Values are compared as a percentage against other sales channels. |
