Technical sheet

The technical sheet can be used to provide additional product information, enriching the description, including by adding one or more attachments in various formats: Excel, Word, Zip, Mp3, Mp4, Rtf, Jpg, Png, Mpg, Avi, Quicktime, Wmv, Txt, and Pdf. Customers will then be able to download the files directly from the store.

Add a file attachment

1. Go to the Catalog section.
2. Click the product to which you want to add the attachment.
3. Select the Technical Sheet tab.
4. Click Add File. A new window will open.
5. Click Browse. The file selection window will open.
6. Select the file to attach from your device.
7. Write a file description for each language.
8. Click Add.

Delete one or more attachments

1. Go to the Catalog section.
2. Click the product from which you want to delete attachments.
3. Select the Technical Sheet tab.
4. Select the checkbox to the right of the files you want to delete.
5. Click Delete. A confirmation window will open.
6. Verify you selected the correct files and click OK.
